In a parallel study of 7823 smokers purchasing the JUUL Starter Kit from retail outlets within the U.S. researchers at the Centre for Substance Use Research found a similarly positive proportion of smokers quitting smoking. Within this parallel study 55.1% of smokers surveyed over the 90 day assessment reported no smoking in the preceding 30 days.
